Reviews and Ratings <br />
This hotel offers solid value for money with spacious rooms and a nice natural setting. However, the overall maintenance seems lacking, and the dining options could use improvement. The beautiful Lanna style adds charm, but some facilities are dated and worn, which results in a mixed experience.
My stay at this resort was quite disappointing, especially considering the high rating. Check-in was a hassle with a rude front desk staff, and the rooms felt outdated. On the bright side, the breakfast was enjoyable and the van service to the city center was helpful. Unfortunately, for the price, I expected a lot more comfort and quality.
The hotel has a decent pool and spacious rooms, making it a good choice if you're looking for exclusivity and a quiet atmosphere. However, it's quite far from the main city and the facilities show signs of age. Additionally, communication with the staff can be challenging, particularly if you don't speak Thai.
The Imperial Resort has a beautiful setting with a river view and spacious surroundings, but the musty smell in the rooms was a significant issue for me. While their staff was accommodating in offering to switch rooms, the alternatives didn't fare much better. Ultimately, I decided to check out early due to the discomfort.
